Eligibility
- Educational Qualification: A bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with specialization in any discipline.
- Professional Experience (Preferred): Candidates with at least two years of professional experience in governance, public administration, or development-related sectors are strongly encouraged to apply.
- English Language Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in English is preferred through prior academic qualifications.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Preference will be given to applicants from underrepresented groups, including women, persons with disabilities, and individuals from remote or marginalized communities, in alignment with the University’s commitment to inclusive education.
Admission Criteria
- Entrance Examination: Applicants must pass a written entrance examination assessing aptitude in analytical reasoning, general knowledge, and public administration concepts.
