The Bachelor of Science in Laboratory Medicine (B.Sc. Eligibility

Applicants seeking admission to the B.Sc. Laboratory Medicine program must meet one of the following requirements:

  1. 10+2 (Science) or Equivalent
    • Must have completed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board/university with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB).
    • Must have passed each subject individually and secured a minimum of 50% in PCB and in aggregate (or GPA 2.4).
  2. Health Science Proficiency Certificate/Diploma Holders
    • Must have completed a Proficiency Certificate or Diploma in Health Sciences with at least 50% aggregate in total marks.
    • Must be registered with the respective professional council.
    • (For detailed requirements, refer to the eligibility criteria published by the Medical Education Commission, MEC).
  3. Entrance Examination
    • Selection will be based on the merit list of the Common Entrance Examination (CEE) conducted by the Medical Education Commission (MEC).
