BTVTE targets professionals and diploma holders in fields such as Engineering, Agriculture, IT, and Health, providing them with the formal training needed to become certified instructors and leaders in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET).

Objectives of the Program

  • To develop the academic, teaching, and professional capacity of TVET instructors
  • To promote practical, project-based, and industry-linked teaching
  • To develop long-term career pathways with university accreditation

Salient Features

The program includes the Tripolar Learning System (physical, online, and workplace-based) and the Dual Track Learning Model.

It also includes a Credit Transfer facility for TITI training and a provision to convert RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) into credits. Multi-stage certification and an Entry and Exit system will also be available.

Eligibility

Minimum of a Diploma in Technical and Vocational subjects from a recognized educational institution.

Admission Criteria

The program is targeted especially at candidates who have obtained a diploma qualification in Agriculture and Forestry, Engineering, Information Technology, Health, Tourism, and Hospitality.
