Entrance Exams

Bachelor in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology (BASLP) at the National Academy of Medical Sciences is a 4-year academic program. 

A total of 6 seats are allocated to study BASLP at National Academy of Medical Sciences, out of which 5 scholarship seats are allocated to study the program.

Eligibility

  • Must have passed Grade 12 from a recognized educational institution with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as core subjects, obtaining a minimum of 50% in aggregate marks or 2.4 CGPA/GPA in total. 
    OR
  • Must have passed an 'A' Level or equivalent grading system course with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as core subjects, obtaining a minimum of 50% in aggregate marks or 2.4 CGPA/GPA or equivalent. 
    OR
  • Candidates holding a Proficiency Certificate Level or Diploma in Health Sciences (General Medicine or Medical Lab Technology or Ophthalmic Science or Dental Science or Pharmacy or Radiography or Ayurveda or Physiotherapy) must have secured a minimum of 50% in aggregate marks and be registered with the concerned council.

 

Admission Criteria

Required Documents for Admission

  • copy of citizenship or  National ID (or NID application slip) 
    OR

  • Nepali citizens who have passed Grade 12 but are under 16 years of age can submit their application using a minor's identification card issued by the District Administration Office. This exception applies provided they fulfill all other required qualifications for the exam.

  • 1 PP-size photo

  • SEE Grade-sheet + +2 Transcript (or equivalent)

  • Application fee receipt (eSewa / Khalti / Bank voucher )
