The 4-year/8-Semester Bachelor’s Degree program provides a fundamental education in business and management principles. The program typically allows students to specialize in one of the multiple concentration areas, including International Business, Finance, Marketing, Computer Information Systems, and many more. The BBA program can offer practical management training that can prepare students to successfully work within a large or small organization.

The objective of TU BBA program is to develop socially responsible, creative and result-oriented management professionals to fill up the middle level management positions in the rapidly growing business sector in Nepal and abroad.

Specific Objectives

  • Prepare students to take up middle-level managerial positions in any organization.
  • Develop students’ skills in object-oriented business management capable of understanding and solving practical business problems creatively.
  • Provide professional management education with a blend of computer and management information system courses.
  • Prepare students to proceed into postgraduate level studies in business administration.
  • Prepare students to identify the needs of society & help society to fulfill the social needs and achieve success within a global economy

Eligibility & Admission Criteria for BBA

  • Must have completed 10+2, PCL, or equivalent (12 years of schooling) from a recognized board or institution.
  • Minimum D+ grade in each subject of Grades 11 and 12 with a  CGPA of 1.80 or more, or
    Secured at least second-division marks in 10+2, PCL, or equivalent.
  • Must have completed all required application procedures.

Admission Criteria

CMAT Entrance Test (conducted by Tribhuvan University):

  • 100 objective questions (25 each from Verbal Ability, Quantitative Ability, Logical Reasoning, and General Awareness)
  • You must secure a minimum of 40% to qualify.

Interview:

  • Only candidates above the CMAT cut-off will be shortlisted and called for a personal interview.
