The BITM program, provided by Tribhuvan University (TU), spans four years and is designed to equip students with a distinctive combination of information technology and management expertise. With a well-balanced curriculum comprising both IT and management courses, this program opens up diverse career opportunities in both fields for the students.
The primary aim of the program is to cultivate socially responsible IT professionals with a scientific approach and a focus on delivering results, complemented by robust management skills. Emphasizing real-world problem- solving, students gain expertise in object-oriented software design methods and database management systems, setting them up for prosperous careers in the industry.
Furthermore, the program offers professional training, enabling students to pursue post-graduate studies in information management, both nationally and internationally.
Eligibility
Students who have passed 10+2 or PCL examinations from a recognized academic institute with a second division (securing 45% and above) or 1.8 CGPA and a minimum grade 'D+' in all the subjects of 11 and 12 are eligible to enroll in this program.
