Samriddhi College

Library:

Samriddhi is very proud of its large library filled with hundreds of books, magazines, journals, maps and DVD’s covering diverse subjects from around the world. The college believes that the library should be the center of knowledge, curiosity and wonder, engaging its students as well as the local community in all areas of knowledge and understanding.

Computer Lab:

Samriddhi is very proud of its state-of-the-art computer labs. Currently, we have two labs, each containing 24 high-tech computers. The computers are available for students during tech classes as well as throughout the day. The college believes in the importance of having the most up-to-date technology for our institution, and it champions its students’ curiosity both as a group and individually.

Samriddhi also welcomes computer experts from around the world. These various experts give workshops on different technical subjects and programs used both in Nepal and throughout the globe.

Student Counselling Service:

Samriddhi College counsels students in all aspects of their lives. The college creates a warm, open environment, enabling students to share their hopes, desires, and fears. It helps students make wise decisions for a new age, and counsel them as they move forward. The staffs in the college are not just faculty; they are mentors for the students.

Eligibility Criteria for BSc.CSIT Admission

• Should have successfully completed twelve years of schooling in the science stream or equivalent from any university, board, or institution.
• Should have secured a minimum of the second division
• Should have successfully passed the entrance examination conducted by the Institute of Science and Technology (IOST), TU
• Complied with all the application procedures

Eligibility for Admission of 4-years BBS Course:

1. Must have successfully completed the PCL or 10+2 in business/commerce or an equivalent course from a Higher Secondary School Board, or from Tribhuvan University, or from any other University/Board recognized by TU
2. Must have studied English as a full paper at the PC level or 10+2 program
3. Must have secured the minimum marks at the PC level or 10+2 program as prescribed by the Faculty Board or the campus concerned
4. Must satisfy any other entry requirements or criteria including the entrance test as prescribed by the Faculty Board or the campus

Eligibility to Study BCA Course 

• Minimum D grade in each subject of grades 11, and 12 with a CGPA of 1.8 or more
• Or, the minumum score of Second Division marks in 10+2 is equivalent in any discipline
• Or, students who have passed grade 11 and are waiting for grade 12 results (supplementary exam/ PURAK PARIKSHA) can also apply. However, they have to submit all the required documents at the time of admission 

Admission Criteria to Join BSW College

• Candidates applying for the admission program must have successfully completed the PCL or HSEB 10+2 in business/commerce, Science, or any equivalent course from any board or university recognized by Tribhuvan University
• A student must have a +2 result equivalent to the D+ marks in every subject
• The college will conduct the interview and select the candidate for admission

Note:

• TU Registration and Examination Fee will be as per TU rules, which are not included in the above Fee structure
• Internal examination fee of Rs.700 per term will be charged before the exam
• TU Service Charge will be charged extra
• Expenses related to internship, educational tour and field visits have to be borne by the students themselves
