In 1974, the campus was relocated to Rampur, Chitwan, with 110 hectares of land and a few buildings, which expanded to 235 hectares by 1978. Located about 10 kilometers south of Bharatpur, the campus has grown into a recognized center of excellence in agricultural education, research, and technology transfer.

Rampur Campus plays a key role in preparing skilled professionals in agriculture, animal science, veterinary science, and other related fields.
