Admission Guidelines
Entry Requirement
The basic criteria required for entry to the PCPS College are listed as follows: The applicants should have any of the following:
- Successfully pass Plus 2 with a minimum 55% OR 2.2 GPA in Grade XII and a minimum C in the individual subject
- OR 2 A-level passes (with minimum C and D Grades)
- OR Successfully complete Foundation year (from a recognized university or HE institution)

How to Get Enrolled
PCPS College invites applications from students who are motivated to grow academically and personally. The admission process is structured to provide each applicant with an equal opportunity to begin their journey toward an internationally recognized degree.
1. Submit the Application
PCPS accepts applications for three intakes each year:
- Autumn (September/October)
- Spring (January/February)
- Summer (June/July)
Applicants must complete the online application form available on the official PCPS website.
2. Check Eligibility
To be eligible for admission, applicants must meet one of the following academic criteria:
- NEB Grade 12 or equivalent with a minimum of 55% or 2.2 GPA
- Minimum of two A-Level passes (Grades C and D)
Additionally, applicants must have achieved a grade of at least 70% or Grade B+ in Grade 12 English.
3. Register with the University of Bedfordshire
Once eligibility is confirmed, students proceed with submitting their documents and registering with the University of Bedfordshire.
4. Begin Classes with GRU
New students start with the GRU (Getting Ready for University) program, designed to bridge the academic gap between high school and university-level studies, ensuring a smooth transition into the undergraduate program.
SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION
PCPS College offers financial assistance for academically sound but financially challenged students to support them through their studies. Scholarships provided will be applied to the tuition fee category. Scholarships will be provided to 10% of the annual intake of students as per the directives of the government. To apply, students have to fill up an application form for scholarships and funding and submit it to the Administrative Office at the college.

For up to a 70 % discount in college fees based on grades, achievements or scholarship exams
MERIT SCHOLARSHIP
Merit Scholarship is awarded on the basis of academic performance in the Common Entrance Examination conducted by PCPS College, internal examinations/evaluations and the End Semester examinations of the University. This scholarship in only awarded in the tuition fee category. The scholarship privileges provided in this category are as follows :
