 B.Sc CSIT programs:

Eligibility for Admission

• Minimum Second Division mark in I.Sc. Examination with Physics and Mathematics (100 marks).  Or                                         
• At least a C grade mark in each subject in the +2 Examination with Physics and Mathematics (100 marks). Or                                    
• At least a D grade in each subject in the A Level Examination with Physics and Mathematics (100 marks). Or                                        
• A minimum of a second division mark in the CTEVT Examination with Physics and Mathematics (100 marks).                                                                            
• Passed the entrance examination conducted by the Institute of Science and Technology (IOST) TU.

For BCA 

Eligibility for Admission

• Minimum D+ grade in each subject of grades 11 and 12 with a CGPA of 2.0 or more, or                                                          
• Minimum score of second division marks in 10+2, PCL, or equivalent in any discipline, or                                   
• Students who have passed grade 11 and are awaiting the supplementary exam for grade 12 are also eligible to apply. However, they have to submit all the required documents at the time of admission. 

For BBS

Eligibility for Admission

• Must have successfully completed 10+2 or PCL in business/ commerce or an equivalent course from a Higher Secondary School Board or Tribhuvan University or from other University/ Board recognized by T.U.
• Must have studied Mathematics, Economics, and English as a full paper.
• Minimum D+ mark in 10+2 or a Pass Mark in PCL. 

For BHM
Eligibility for Admission

• Successfully completed twelve-year schooling or its equivalent from any university, board, OR institution recognized by Tribhuvan University.
• Minimum D grade in each subject with GPA 1.8 or more in grades 11 and 12, OR
• Minimum D+ grade in each subject of grade 11 and 12 with a CGPA 1.80 or more, who passed in 2078 or before 2078, OR
• Secured at least second division in the 10+2, PCL, or equivalent program
• Pass the Central Management Admission Test (CMAT) conducted by FOM, Tribhuvan University.

For BBM

Eligibility for Admission

• Successfully completed twelve-year schooling or its equivalent from any university, board, OR institution recognized by Tribhuvan University.
• Minimum D grade in each subject with GPA 1.8 or more in grades 11 and 12 OR
• Minimum D+ grade in each subject of grade 11 and 12 with a CGPA of 1.80 or more, who passed in 2078 or before 2078 OR
• Secured at least second division in the 10+2, PCL, or equivalent program
• Pass the Central Management Admission Test (CMAT) conducted by FOM, Tribhuvan University.

For Master of Business Studies (MBS)

Eligibility for Admission

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline from Tribhuvan University or from any other university recognized by Tribhuvan University
• Pass the Central Management Admission Test (CMAT) conducted by FOM, Tribhuvan University.

Application Process

Prospective students who wish to apply for programs at Academia International College can do so using one of two methods:

• Online Application: Applicants can complete and submit the official application form, which is available on the college's website.
• Physical Application: Alternatively, candidates can collect a physical application form directly from the college's admission office.

For those submitting a physical application, the completed form must be returned directly to the college. All applications must be accompanied by the following supporting documents:

• Copies of all academic qualifications, starting from the S.E.E. (or equivalent) and including all subsequent certificates, diplomas, and degrees.
• Letters of experience or recommendation from past and present employers, if applicable.
