Admissions Open for BBA and BBIS Programs - Kathmandu University

Kathmandu University School of Management (KUSOM) announces admissions open for the following bachelor-level programs for the academic year 2025:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• BBA (Hons)/BBA (Emphasis)
• Bachelor of Business Information System (BBIS)

Key Details:

• Form Submission Deadline: August 13, 2025
• KUUMAT Test: August 15, 2025 ( Monday) 

Eligibility:

Nepali or non-Nepali national with a 10+2 or intermediate or equivalent level study program of at least two-year duration in any discipline with minimum of 40% in aggregate or CGPA of 1.6 on the scale of 4.0 and minimum 'D+' grade in each subject from a university/board recognized by Kathmandu University. GCE Advanced Level student should have passed minimum three subjects in A Level and one general paper in AS Level with marks/grades requirements as mentioned above. International Baccalaureate (IB) students should have passed minimum 6 courses (at least 3 courses in Higher Level) with 24 points in aggregate. CTEVT student should have three-year diploma with 40% in aggregate. CBSE student should have minimum 40% in aggregate.

Note: Applicants who have appeared 12th grade examination may apply on provisional basis. Applicants accepted provisionally must satisfy above eligibility criteria to continue their study.

Applicants are required to sit for Kathmandu University Undergraduate Management Admission Test (KUUMAT), which is on 15 August 2025, Monday.

The last date for submission of the completed application form is 13 August 2025, Friday.

Admission Processing Fee: Rs 1500

4. Admit card of Grade 12 (only for result-waiting applicants)

Scholarships:

• 20% of total approved seats are reserved for scholarships.
  • 10% reserved for foreign students.
  • Remaining seats reserved to maintain inclusion policy.
