St. Xavier's School, Jawalakhel, Lalitpur, has announced that admissions are open for Class 1 for the academic session 2083.
Online form distribution date: Chaitra 02, 2082, 8:00 AM to Chaitra 04, 2082, 4:00 PM (March 16, 17 & 18, 2026)
Physical presence for form distribution date: Chaitra 4, 2082 (March 18, 2026); Time: From 9 AM to 12 PM
Form Collection Date: Chaitra 04, 2082 (March 18, 2026); Time: 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Document submission and screening date:
Chaitra 06, 2082 (March 20, 2026), From 12:30 PM to 5:00 PM

Random draw date: Chaitra 13, 2082 (March 27, 2026)
The random draw will be broadcast live on national television.
Procedure:
Students who have submitted documents will be eligible for the random draw.
Random draw will be conducted only in the presence of the assigned groups of students.
The student selection ratio will be 6:4 (60% male, 40% female). This ratio will be maintained within each group.
The student must be between 5 years 6 months and 6 years 6 months of age as of Baisakh 1, 2083 B.S.
Students without proper age verification, adequate documentation, or those with suspicious documents or incomplete forms filled in the previous year will not be included in the selection process.
Students can participate in only one group and submit only one application.
The random draw (RANDOM DRAW) will be conducted on the scheduled date and location, with representatives from the local government, school management committee, and teachers-parents association invited, and it will be broadcast live.
After preparing the selection list according to the criteria (175 seats), a waiting list of 5/5 students from the general group will be published through the same random draw.
