CTEVT Diploma and Certificate Level Programs - (Full Paying) Admission Notice 2082 (Except Health Sciences)

The Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Examination Controller Office, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, has published an urgent notice regarding re-application for vacant seats in full-fee health programs (excluding Nursing and Midwifery) for the academic year 2082/83.
All terms and conditions mentioned in the earlier notice published on 2082/04/05 remain applicable.
Key Details:
Online Application: Applicants can submit applications themselves or through the concerned institutions from 2082/06/01 onwards.
Application Period: Institutions must provide a minimum of 5 days’ notice while calling for online applications.
Merit Scholarship: Candidates already recommended under the merit quota as per the earlier results will retain the merit scholarship. Those selected under this re-application process will not be eligible, except in cases where all candidates are admitted through re-selection in a single program.
Document Verification: Principals of institutions must verify applicants’ original academic certificates, citizenship, and other required documents. Any discrepancies must be reported to the respective Provincial Office without proceeding with admission.
ITMS System: Institutions must verify applicants’ eligibility and documents through the web-based Integrated Training Management System (ITMS). Applications must be confirmed or rejected online, and only those approved by the Provincial Office will be included in the merit list.
Admission & Results:
For programs other than Nursing, Midwifery, General Medicine, and Diploma in Pharmacy, merit lists will be published weekly.
For General Medicine and Diploma in Pharmacy, the online application deadline is 2082/07/14, 11:59 PM.
All admission processes must be completed by 2082 Mangsir 25. After this date, no admissions or registrations will be permitted.
Scholarship Quota: Provincial Offices must also complete recommendations for categorized (free) scholarships within the same deadline (by Mangsir 25).

The Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) informs all concerned that for the academic year 2082/83, in case of remaining seats in the following programs:
All Pre-Diploma level programs
Diploma/Certificate level programs (except health programs)
Admission will be managed as per the Admission Guidelines 2082, Number 19.
Key Points:
If any seats remain vacant in the above-mentioned programs, CTEVT will publish the number of available seats and call for applications from candidates listed in the Cut-off/Pass List. Admission will be carried out in order of merit according to the allocated quota.
If seats still remain vacant even after this process, the concerned institutions must conduct a re-admission process by calling for Online application forms as per Number 17 of the Pre-Diploma and Diploma/Certificate Level Student Selection, Scholarship Distribution, and Admission Guidelines, 2082. Admissions must then be completed strictly on the basis of merit as per the published recommendations and results.
All institutions and applicants are requested to follow this procedure carefully to ensure timely admission.

The Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) has published a notice for new admissions in various Certificate and Diploma-Level programs (except the health program) for the fully paid schemes for the academic year 2082.
Following the notice published on 2082/03/22 regarding the admission process for diploma/certificate level programs (excluding health sciences), CTEVT has extended the deadline for submitting online application forms for various programs under full fee for diploma/certificate levels, as mentioned in the details below, with all the terms and conditions of the notice published on 2082/03/22 remaining applicable.
Previous Deadline for Form Submission: Sharwan 11, 2082, until 11:59 PM
Extended Deadline for Form Submission: Shrawan 20, 2082, until 11:59 PM
Note: Online applications must be submitted through the ITMS online system of CTEVT within 2082 Shrawan 20. Concerned provincial offices/training institutions should promptly review the online application forms filled by the applicants and entered into the Online Integrated Training Management System (ITMS) provided by the Examination Controller's Office by Tuesday, 2082 Shrawan 20, and accept or reject them based on the minimum qualifications of the applicants specified in the application form.

Eligibility for Diploma Programs
A) For Candidates with Academic Qualifications in the Percentage Grading System

Passed SLC or equivalent from a recognized educational institution with compulsory Mathematics, English, and Science subjects; or passed Technical SLC/Pre-Diploma level in a related subject of an ongoing program with a minimum aggregate score of 68.33%.
B) For Candidates with Academic Qualifications in the Letter Grading System

Passed SEE or equivalent from a recognized educational institution, having taken compulsory English, Mathematics, and Science subjects, with a minimum of 1.6 GPA; or passed Technical SLC/Pre-Diploma level in a related subject of an ongoing program with a minimum aggregate score of 68.33%.
C) For the Diploma in Biomedical Equipment Engineering, candidates must have passed Certificate Level or Grade 12 with Science subjects from a recognized educational institution. The duration of the academic program for the Diploma in Biomedical Equipment Engineering is 18 months, while the duration for all other academic programs is 3 (three) years.
Selection Process
The eligibility for admission is determined based on the average Grade Point (GPA) obtained in the SEE examination. For this, the corresponding values are added to the obtained grades according to the criteria below. Similarly, for applicants who have academic qualifications based on the percentage system, their percentages will be converted into grades following the letter grading system issued by the Government of Nepal, Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, Curriculum Development Center, as per the “Letter Grading Directive, 2078 (Revised Edition)”.

For students who have passed the SEE or SLC exams from government or community schools, 1 grade points will be added, and for students who passed from institutional schools, 0.85 grade points will be added.
If students have obtained equal final grades, their individual subject grades will be reviewed in the following order of priority: Mathematics, Science, and English.
If students still have the same final grades even after applying criterion (1), and (b), priority will be given to those who have passed S.L.C./S.E.E. from marginalized rural areas.
If the final grades remain equal even after applying criteria (1), (b), and (c), priority will be given to the student with the earlier date of birth.
