Admission Open for BBA Programs at NCIT College

Nepal College of Information Technology (NCIT) is the premier technology and Engineering College in the Kathmandu Valley. It has been shaping the finest professionals of the country since 2001. The college has announced that admissions are open for the following programs:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Eligibility

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Applicants need a minimum of 1.8 CGPA and a minimum Grade D+ in each subject or second division (45%) in +2/equivalent exams.

Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA)

Applicants should have at least Second Division (45%) in +2/equivalent exam or a minimum C grade in each subject in XI and XII separately. The candidate must have studied Computer Science or Mathematics (100 Marks) in +2/equivalent exams.

Scholarships

PU Scholarships

The college offers scholarships to deserving students in accordance with the guidelines of Pokhara University (PU). 10% of the annual intake of students is provided with scholarships in this category.

NCIT Scholarships

The college provides scholarships based on the student’s combined marks of +2/equivalent and the NCIT Entrance Test.

Performance Scholarships

The college awards full scholarships (Semester Fees waiver) to students who achieve an SGPA of 4 in any semester for the subsequent semester. NCIT also awards those students who are class toppers or second toppers.

• Marksheet of Grade 11 & Transcript of Grade 12
• A photocopy of the citizenship.

Entrance Test Format for BBA/BCA

Getting through these tests is mandatory for Admission. The Entrance Test appropriately assesses the examinee in areas related to his/her choice of course: BCA or BBA.

Offer of Admission and Acceptance

• Selection will be based on entrance score and interview performance.
• Candidates must be accompanied by their parents/guardians for the interview session.
• Selected candidates must confirm their admission promptly after the publication of results.
• Admissions will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis due to limited seat availability.
• The college will confirm admission forthwith, subject to the payment of fees. Successful applicants shall be enrolled as genuine NCIT students on the completion of this process.
