A full 100% scholarship from Kathmandu University is awarded each year to deserving candidates. The screening and selection for this prestigious scholarship are conducted by the Dean's office at the School of Management, Kathmandu University.
NCM has established a Merit-Based Scholarship Scheme to recognize and reward students with strong academic performance. Under this scheme, eligible candidates receive partial tuition fee waivers for the subsequent semester. This scholarship has no quota or seat limitations, and currently, more than 250 students are benefiting from it.
In honor of its founder chairman, the late Kshetra Pratap Adhikary, NCM offers a 100% scholarship to a student based on a combination of need, academic achievement, and their contributions to the college, society, or the country.
For students facing financial difficulties, a Need-Based Scholarship is available. The selection for this aid is made after a detailed assessment of the student's financial situation by the board of trustees.
Nepali or non-Nepali national with a 10+2 or intermediate or equivalent level study program of at least two years' duration in any discipline, with a minimum aggregate of 40 percent or a CGPA of 1.6 on a 4.0 scale. GCE Advanced Level students should have passed a minimum of three subjects in A-Level and one general paper in AS Level with the marks/grades requirements as mentioned above.
Note: Applicants who have appeared in the 12th-grade examination may apply on a provisional basis. Applicants accepted provisionally must satisfy the above eligibility criteria to continue their studies.
The curricula of the BBA Programme offered by Kathmandu University have been meticulously designed and developed by outstanding academicians & eminent scholars.
To graduate, students must complete a total of 120 credit hours of study, comprising 45 credits for foundation courses, 60 credits for core managerial courses, nine credits for specialized classes, and six credits each for elective courses and an internship.

BHM is a four-year rigorous curriculum that consists of eight semesters, one of which is an internship that requires a written report. Students must complete 132 credit hours of study to graduate, which comprises 26 credits for foundation courses, 30 credits for core management courses, 70 credits for core hospitality courses, and six credits for internship and report writing.
