Document Verification And Admission Notice of Merit List School of Science (From Supplementary Call of Re-Admission)

Kathmandu University, School of Science, has announced that the individuals applying for Undergraduate Admission-2023 have been chosen for document verification and admission in the specified programs.

Applicants who have been selected are requested to visit the admission office at the School of Science, Block No. 06, Room No. 206, for document verification and admission. This process will take place from November 23 to November 26, 2023, between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM.

Document Verification and Admission Process

Appear in person at admission office with original documents (and with clear copies of them) and the system generated Admit Card of PBT (including PCM/PCB exam taken).
Submit to the concerned department, 2 copies of transcript (of mark sheets) of +2 or equivalent (A level, IB level), 3 recent photos (PP size) along with copies eash of SEE mark sheet, character certificate(s) clearly indicating the date of birth, parent name, citizenship and original migration.

BE in Environmental Engineering: NRs. 195,000
BSc in Agriculture: NRs. 197,000
BSc in Environmental Science: NRs. 190,000
BSc in Bioinformatics: NRs. 191,000

Candidates are required to appear in the Kathmandu University Common Admission Test (KUCAT), in either PCM or PCB, according to their choice of an academic program. The Entrance Exam will be conducted in the mode of Paper-Based Tets (PBT)

Who can Apply?

BTech (Environmental Engineering)

10+2 level (or equivalent) with a minimum aggregate GPA of 2.0 (50% in percentage scale) and grade C individually in each course.

OR,

Minimum 50% in aggregate and minimum 50% in aggregate of PCM (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics)

BSc (Environmental Science)

10+2 level (or equivalent) with a minimum aggregate GPA of 2.0 (50% in percentage scale) and grade C individually in each course.

OR,

Minimum 50% in aggregate and minimum 50% in aggregate of PCM or PCB (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology)

Form Fillup (online): November 17 to November 21 (Up to 4 PM)
Entrance Date: November 22, 2023 (9:30 AM to 11:30 AM)
Exam Center: KU, Dhulikhel, Kavre
Result: November 23, 2023
Admission: November 23 to November 26, 2023, between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM.

Application process fee of NRs. 2000 is to be deposited through bank and digital wallet.

Notes: Students who have completed +2 biology stream must have taken additional mathematics courses and passed it with a cumulative PCM of 50% or 2.0 GPA.
