Admissions Open for MPhil in Public Administration - Tribhuvan University

The Central Department of Public Administration, Tribhuvan University, Balkhu, Kathmandu, has published a notice for all concerned regarding the opening of applications for admission to the MPhil in Public Administration program (15th Batch) run by the Central Department of Public Administration, Faculty of Management, Tribhuvan University, for the academic session 2082/083.

Key Details: 

• Application Period: Kartik 16, 2082 to Mangsir 29, 2082 (November 2, 2025 to December 15, 2025)
• Application fee: Rs. 3,000
  The fee must be deposited in the Central Department of Public Adminisration's account number 21700100113041000001 at any branch of Nepal Bank or by scanning the provided QR Code.
• The application form must be submitted to the department office during office hours, along with the original bank voucher or a screenshot of the QR payment.

Eligibility

• Individuals who have completed a postgraduate level degree (Master's level) from a recognized educational institution with at least a Second Division or equivalent.
• The applicant must have a work experience certificate of at least 1 year.
• The application form submission requires copies of academic certificates from S.L.C. (SEE) up to the Master's level.
• Additionally, it is mandatory to fill out the digital admission form using the link provided here: https://cdpa.tu.edu.np/pages/admission-from-2145.
• After filling the form, an invoice/bill must be obtained from the department.
• Information regarding the Entrance Examination and other programs will be published later.
