Kathmandu University, School of Engineering (KUSoE), has announced an extension of the application submission deadline for new admission in the Master of Engineering (ME) in Communication Engineering, from September 18 to October 07, 2025 (Tuesday, Ashoj 21, 2082 BS).
Kathmandu University, School of Engineering, announces admission open for ME in Communication Engineering, a 2-year (4-semester) full-time study program, for the academic year 2025. Admission is open for Nepalese as well as foreign students.

A candidate with a four-year Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (Communication major), Electronics and Communication Engineering, or related discipline, securing a minimum of 50% marks on aggregate or CGPA 2.0 (on a maximum 4-point grading system) from any recognized institution will be eligible for application. Any false/unethical documents found submitted by the applicant will disqualify the admission at any time. Admission is open for Nepalese as well as foreign students.
The admission test will consist of a written test (70 Marks) and an interview (30 Marks). The written test will have subjective questions (20 marks) and objective questions (50 marks). The duration of the written test is 1.5 hours. A minimum of 40% marks in the written test would be selected for the interview. Successful candidates passing both the written test and the interview would be selected for admission based on the merit list.
