Entrance Exam Notice for Grade 4 to 9 at Gandaki Boarding School

Gandaki Boarding School invites students for the entrance examination for students interested in studying at Gandaki Boarding School for the academic session 2082 in regular Class 4 and vacant seats in Classes 5 to 9 with full fee payment, and residential or day facilities will be conducted as per the details and conditions mentioned below.

For Regular Admission to Class 4:

• The student must be studying in Class 3 and should not have exceeded 10 years of age by the end of Chaitra 2081.
• Application form distribution period: From Falgun 18, 2081 to Chaitra 19, 2081.
• Last date for submission of application form: Chaitra 19, 2081, till 4:00 PM.
• Entrance examination date: Chaitra 21, 2081, Thursday, from 10:30 AM onwards.
• The entrance examination will be based on the Class 3 curriculum and will cover English, Mathematics, and Nepali subjects.

For Admission to Vacant Seats in Classes 5 to 9:

• The student must be studying in the class one level below the class they wish to apply for.
• Residential students will be given priority for vacant seats in Classes 5 to 9.
• Application form distribution period: From Falgun 18, 2081 to Chaitra 24, 2081.
• Last date for submission of application form: Chaitra 24, 2081, till 4:00 PM.
• Entrance examination date: Chaitra 26, 2081, Tuesday, from 10:30 AM onwards.
• The entrance examination will be based on the curriculum of the student's current class and will cover English, Mathematics, Science, and Nepali subjects.

Note: All students from Class 4 to 9 must use a dot pen or ink pen in the examination.

Required Documents:

• Two passport-size photographs.
• One photocopy of the second term examination mark sheet/grade sheet of the current class.
• One photocopy of the birth registration certificate issued by the concerned ward office.

Other Information:

• For admission to Class 4, 6 seats are reserved for students permanently residing in wards 16 and 19 of Pokhara Metropolitan City. Parents interested in applying under this quota must submit the application along with the original document issued by the concerned ward office confirming their permanent residence in that area.
