Entrance Exam Notice for Grade 4 and Grade 6 at Gandaki Boarding School 2083

Gandaki Boarding School invites students to the entrance examination for admission to the academic session 2083 for regular Class 4 and Residential Class 6 seats, with full fee payment. Residential or day facilities will be provided as per the details and conditions mentioned below.

For Regular Admission to Class 4:

• The student must be studying in Class 3 and should not have exceeded 10 years of age by the end of Chaitra 2082.
• Application form distribution period: From Falgun 17, 2082, to Chaitra 19, 2082.
• Last date for submission of application form: Chaitra 19, 2082, till 4:00 PM.
• Entrance examination date: Chaitra 21, 2082, Thursday, from 10:30 AM onwards.
• The entrance examination will be based on the Class 3 curriculum and will cover English, Mathematics, and Nepali subjects.

For Residential Admission in Class 6:

• The student must be studying in Class 5 and should not have exceeded 12 years of age by the end of Chaitra 2082.
• Application form distribution period: From Falgun 17, 2082 to Chaitra 20, 2082.
• Last date for submission of application form: Chaitra 20, 2082, till 3:00 PM.
• Entrance examination date: Chaitra 23, 2082, Tuesday, from 10:30 AM onwards.
• The entrance examination will be based on the Class 5 curriculum and will cover English, Mathematics, and Nepali subjects.

Note: All students must use a dot pen or an ink pen in the examination.

Required Documents:

• Two passport-size photographs.
• One photocopy of the second term examination mark sheet/grade sheet of the current class.
• One photocopy of the birth registration certificate issued by the concerned ward office.

Other Information:

• For admission to Class 4, there are 6 reserved seats for students with permanent residence in Pokhara Metropolitan City Ward No. 16 and 19 areas. Guardians wishing to apply under this quota must submit the application along with the original document issued by the relevant Ward Office stating that they are permanent residents of that area.
• The student's name must be updated in the school's EMIS where they are currently studying.
