Council for Technical Education and Vocation (CTEVT) has announced admissions in PCL Nursing in the full fee-paying category for the academic year 2082/83.
All eligible individuals who meet the eligibility criteria for full-fee approved programs and quota seats, as per the 'Diploma and Certificate Level Trainee Selection, Scholarship Distribution and Admission Directive, 2082', are required to submit their online application through the Examination Control Office's ITMS system on the following details:

A) For Candidates with Academic Qualifications in the Percentage Grading System

The eligibility for admission is determined based on the average Grade Point Average (GPA) obtained in the SEE examination. For this, the corresponding values are added to the obtained grades according to the criteria below. Similarly, for applicants who have academic qualifications based on the percentage system, their percentages will be converted into grades following the letter grading system issued by the Government of Nepal, Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, Curriculum Development Center, as per the “Letter Grading Directive, 2078 (Revised Edition)”.

For students who have passed the SEE or SLC exams from government or community schools, 1 grade point will be added, and for students who passed from institutional schools, 0.85 grade points will be added.
If students have obtained equal final grades, their individual subject grades will be reviewed in the following order of priority: Mathematics, Science, and English.
If students still have the same final grades even after applying criterion (1), and (b), priority will be given to those who have passed S.L.C./S.E.E. from marginalized rural areas.
If the final grades remain equal even after applying criteria (1), (b), and (c), priority will be given to the student with the earlier date of birth.
Two types of scholarships, merit and classified, are available for eligible and deserving students.
A merit scholarship will be awarded to one student who has obtained the highest marks among the candidates selected from the full-fee targeted category quota and the full-fee quotas who have filled out the application forms for admission in each educational institution.
This scholarship will be applicable only for the first year or semester. For the second year or semester, it will be awarded to the candidate who obtained the highest marks in the previous year or semester.
10% of the seats of the total enrollment capacity of a program is secured for the classified (free) scholarship quota. Candidates who have studied in government or community schools and council-affiliated constituent technical schools must fill out a separate online application form.
a) Two recent passport-size (35mm x 45mm) color photographs showing a clear face. On the back of the photos, the candidate must write the name, surname, and program the candidate wishes to study.
b) Copies of the mark sheet and certificate of educational qualifications such as SLC, Technical SLC (pre-diploma), SEE, or equivalent.
c) For those who have passed the SLC or equivalent examination from countries other than Nepal, a copy of the equivalency letter issued by the designated body specified by the Government of Nepal.
d) Candidates in the full-fee targeted category quota must also submit copies of documents proving their eligibility for the targeted category as specified in section 8 of the Admission Directive - 2080.
