About the Program

Environmental science is an interdisciplinary academic area that applies physical, biological, and information sciences to environmental research and problem-solving. Environmental science degrees draw from a variety of fields of study and require a strong background in traditional sciences such as biology, physics, chemistry, geography, ecology, and even biotechnology. Eligibility

A candidate must participate in and pass the Institute of Science and Technology entrance examination, and admission is purely merit-based.

An applicant must have earned a second division aggregate percentage in a BSc in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Forestry, Environmental Management or an equivalent degree recognized by Tribhuvan University.
