Kathmandu University, School of Arts, has announced that admissions are open for the Master of Economics (MECON) program for the 2026 session.
Eligibility for MECON
Completion of a 4-year Bachelor’s degree or a Master’s degree with a cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 2 out of 4 or an equivalent of 45 percent marks in the latest degree acquired in a recognized institute. Selected applicants must pass an entrance test and an interview. A strong quantitative background will be given priority in the selection process.
