Admission Open for EMBA, MBA and MBA-Evening at Ace Institute of Management

Ace Institute of Management, located in New Baneshwor, Kathmandu, and affiliated to Pokhara University, has opened admission for the following programs for the academic year 2025:

• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• MBA - Evening (MBA-E)
• Executive MBA

Eligibility

1. MBA & MBA Evening: Anyone having a bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 15 years of formal education (12 years of schooling and three years of graduation) in any discipline and second division at the undergraduate level can apply for admission to the MBA.
2. For EMBA Graduates of any discipline 2 years on the job requirement. (The corporate and Bank officers, Doctors, Engineers, IT professionals, para-medical graduates, Junior managers, and those with equivalent degrees can apply).

Enrollment Procedure

• Online Form Submission: All candidates are required to complete an online application form to be registered for the admission process. The online form can be filled out HERE.
• Computer Based Test (CBT): After the submission of the online form, all candidates should appear for a Computer Based Test (CBT) conducted by Ace Institute of Management. It is a two-hour-long test that can be taken at the convenience of the applicant. After receiving the completed application, the admission office will provide the CBT date and time to the applicant.
• Personal Interview: After the completion of the CBT, the applicants will need to appear for a personal Interview, which is the final stage of the selection process. Upon completion of the personal interview, selected applicants will be issued the Offer of Admission.

Required Documents:

• Completed application form along with two copies of passport-size photographs.

• Students who are waiting for results can also apply, but all the documents have to be submitted at the time of admission.

• Applicants who graduated from a foreign board must submit an equivalency certificate.

• Scanned copies of all the academic/professional qualifications and transcripts (SLC/SEE, Higher Secondary, Bachelors) should be emailed to admissions@ace.edu.np
