Admission Open for Masters Programs Under School of Engineering - Pokhara University

The School of Engineering under the Faculty of Science and Technology at Pokhara University has issued a notice extending the re-enrollment period for its postgraduate programs for the academic session 2082(Intake 2025).

Due to remaining vacancies in the full-fee postgraduate programs for the the session 2082, the School of Engineering re-opening admissions inviting students who were included in the merit list of the full-fee entrance examination held on 2082/07/14 and the Scholarship examination held on 2082/07/19, and have missed the admission process, to be present at the school during office hours with the necessary documents for enrollment in the School of Engineering.

The School of Engineering under the Faculty of Science and Technology at Pokhara University has announced a re-admission for the master's (fee-paying) level for the academic session 2082. The announcement addresses the vacant seats in the following programs:

1.ME Computer Engineering
2.MSc in Computer Science
3.MSc in Sanitary Engineering
4.MSc in Disaster Risk Engineering and Management
5. MSc in Hydropower Engineering
6. MSc in Electrical Engineering in Power System (2 Sponsored Seats Only)
7. MSc in Bioinformatics

Re-admission Details:

Application Submission Deadline: Kartik 26, 2082 (November 12, 2025)
Entrance Examination: Kartik 27, 2082 (November 13, 2025)

Update 2082/07/18

Pokhara University, Faculty of Science and Technology, School of Engineering, informs all candidates who appeared in the postgraduate entrance examination conducted on 2082/07/14 (BS) that admission will be granted based on merit ranking.

Eligible candidates are notified to complete their admission process within the specified time mentioned below. The admission will be conducted through the SPOT ADMISSION process. Candidates must be physically present at the School of Engineering, Dhungepatan, Kaski, on the given date and time.

Candidates are required to bring the following documents for admission:

Original academic certificates
One set of certified copies of each original document
Two recent passport-size photographs
Admission fee as specified for the respective program

Please note that candidates who fail to be present during their scheduled time on 2082/07/19 will be automatically removed from the merit list.

Note:

Those undergraduate students of Pokhara University who have passed all the courses up to 7th Semester & appeared in the 8th Semester exam can apply for provisional admission.
