PRIME CA was founded in 2004 with an objective of providing Exam Preparation classes to the students pursuing Chartered Accountancy course by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN).

Documents Required for Admission

• A copy of each:
  • Mark sheet and Character Certificate of SEE
  • Transcript and Character Certificate of Plus-two or equivalent (11 Mark-sheet and 12 Admit Card in the case of 12 appearing students.)
  • Citizenship Certificate
• 3 copies of recent passport size color photograph

Eligibility for Chartered Accountancy Course under ICAN

The requirements for becoming a chartered accountant are as follows:

• Enroll with the ICAN for CAP-I Level after passing 10+2 examination with at least 2.4 GPA. Students who have passed grade XI with 2.4 CGPA and appeared in the XII examination expecting to maintain at least the same can enroll provisionally.
• Appear in CAP-I exam after six months of registration. Examinations are held in June and December every year.
• Join CAP-II level after passing CAP-I. Students who have done graduation/post-graduation with prescribed percentage can directly join CAP-ll. For Commerce graduates, the prescribed percentage is 50% in aggregate whereas for non-commerce graduates, the prescribed percentage is 60% in aggregate.
• Appear in CAP-II Examination after 9 months of registration. Exams are held in June and December every year.
• Join CAP-III course and 3-years articleship training after passing CAP-II level.
• Appear in CAP-III Examination after two years' completion of articleship period.
• Qualify CAP-III Examination and complete the period of articleship training.
• Enroll for membership.
