Admission Open for BECS at Institute of Advanced Communication, Education, and Research (IACER)

The Institute of Advanced Communication, Education, and Research (IACER), located in Thapagaon Road, New Baneshwor, has announced admission open for Bachelor of English and Communication Studies (BECS) for the upcoming academic year. This program is offered in affiliation with the Pokhara University. 

Entrance Examination Detail

Date: August 29, 2025 (Bhadra 13, 2082) Friday

Time: 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM

Scholarship Examination Detail:

Date: Bhadra 07, 2082 (August 23, 2025)

Time: 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM

Fee Structure:

• NPR 4,62,000 for 4-year program

Scholarship Information

IACER offers full scholarships to five students in accordance with the rules of the PU scholarship. Up to 20 percent of students who have completed SLC/SEE from public schools may be eligible for a scholarship.  It also offers scholarships on a merit basis in each semester. A separate application is required as per the Pokhara University Scholarship procedure. 

Class Intake

Each semester, there is an intake of 43 fee-paying students and 5 students who receive a full scholarship from Pokhara University.
